تعیین رابطه توانمندسازی معلمان با کیفیت عملکرد

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین رابطه توانمندسازی معلمان با کیفیت عملکرد آنان در دبیرستان‌های شهر یاسوج بود.
روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، معلمان دبیرستان‌های شهر یاسوج در سال تحصیلی 93-92 شامل 410 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری 201 نفر از معلمان (111 مرد، 90 زن) بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. همه آن‌ها مقیاس‌های کیفیت عملکرد و توانمندسازی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با مدل همبستگی کاننی تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که سه تابع کاننی معنادار بین توانمندسازی معلمان و کیفیت عملکرد آنان وجود داشت. نخست بین احساس شایستگی، مؤثر بودن و استقلال با مدیریت کلاس رابطه‌ وجود داشت. دوم بین احساس استقلال و معنادار بودن با کیفیت بازخورد رابطه مشاهده شد. در نهایت بین احساس اعتماد، مؤثر بودن و معنادار بودن با ارتباطات رابطه‌ معناداری به دست آمد.
بحث: احساس شایستگی، اعتماد، مؤثر بودن، استقلال و معنادار بودن معلمان با کیفیت مدیریت کلاس، کیفیت بازخورد و ارتباطات همراه است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers' empowerment and their performance quality at high schools of Yasoj.
Method: the kind of present study was correlational. Participants were 201 teachers (111 men and 90 women) who were selected by using stratified sampling method. All of them completed scales of performance quality and empowerment. Data were analyzed with Canonical correlation model.
Results: The results showed that there were three significant canonical functions between teachers' empowerment and their performance quality. First, there was a significant relationship between the sense of competence, impact and choice with classroom management. Second, there was a significant relationship between the sense of choice and meaningfulness with quality of feedback. Finally, there was a significant relationship between the sense of trust, impact and meaningfulness with relationships.
Discussion: the sense of competence, trust in others, impact, choice and meaningfulness of teachers accompany with quality of classroom management, quality of feedback, and relationships.
