The Explanation of Organizational Culture Elements Among Shahid Beheshti Faculty Members

Abstract

The present study entitled the explanation of organizational culture elements among ShahidBeheshti faculty members. The method of this study is descriptive-survey. 221 faculty members of ShahidBeheshtiUniversity were selected using multistage random cluster sampling and a researcher made questionnaire distributed among them, too. The findings showed that the faculty members had the same idea in terms of the elements of organizational culture except on the “integrity” element. Also, based on their scientific ranking, there were different ideas among the faculty members on the elements of organizational culture. It is also worthy to mention that they did not have different ideas regarding to the elements of organizational culture based on the places of their graduation except on the element of the “reward system” and “personal sovereignty”. According to their track records, there were different ideas on the elements of organizational culture.
