Abstract

The aim of this research was a feasibility study of using GRANT system in training and development of managers. This research is a type of mixed method which for data collection, tools for quantitative research methods (questionnaires) and tools for qualitative research methods (interviews) were used. In this study the outcomes, challenges, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunitiesfor implementation of GRANT in training and development of managers, as managers are academic/organizational experts, viewpoint were surveyed and investigated. Result show that this method can enhance organizational ability.
