Validity of this tool have been analyzed by the opinions of university’s faculty  members who are related some how with this research and principal components analysis and fitting of measurement model of hidden variables have been analyzed by  factor analysis. Its reliability is (R= %70) according To chronbach’s alpha method. It can be said that its reliability is reasonable. Obtained data and proposed model have been tested by structural equation model. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between dimensions of learning strategies/ learning processes and results with manager's educational system. More over/ implementation of structural equation model indicated there is a fitting between data and proposed model (GFI=0.91, GFL=0.93, CFI= 0.92). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the coefficients of proposed model (p<0.01).
