Applying Methods of Culture Making and Its Role in Optimum Implementation of Arrangement System of Workplace (5s) in Female High Schools of Tehran

Abstract
This study reviews the methods of culture making and its role in efficient implementation of workplace organization system (5S) in female high schools. This study has carried out based on Survey Research type (illustrative) method, practical purpose and in interval times. The needed data was gathered by means of a researcher-made questionnaire. The sample of this study (217 participants) has been selected by multi-stages random cluster sampling method from a 500-people community of female managers of Tehran high schools. The “Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient” test, “Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S)” test, “multivariate variance analysis” and “independent T-test” have been used so as to statistical analyzing of gathered data. The most important result of this survey reveals that the efficient implementation of workplace organization system (5S) and its components have a meaningful relationship with the methods of culture making. All three variables of performing educational programs, applying organizational communications and benchmarking, in order from high to low, have a significant effect on the implementation of 5S. Performing educational programs has been recognized as the most important factor. Moreover, simultaneous application of these three techniques in an organization could highly improve the prediction of efficient implementation of workplace organization system (5S).
