طراحی الگوی چابکی سازمانی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف: تحولات سریع و تغییرات عمده در دنیای امروز عکس‌العمل‌های مناسب‌، سریع‌تر و پردازش اطلاعاتی بیشتری را می‌طلبد. دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی نیز مانند سایر سازمان‌‌ها برای بقا و مقابله با این تغییرات و عدم اطمینان نیاز به چابکی سازمانی، درک پارادایم جدید‌، تغییر در نگرش‌ها، اهداف، شیوه‌های کار و مدیریت سازمان‌ها را دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی مفهومی چابکی سازمانی برای دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی بود که با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری رؤسا، معاونین و مدیران دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش هدفمند بوده و جهت تکمیل آن و در راستای دستیابی به اشباع نظری، در مجموع با 12 نفر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش مصاحبه شد. داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته استخراج شد.نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل داده‌ها همزمان با مصاحبه‌ها و استفاده از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت گرفت. جهت اطمینان از اعتبار تحلیل‌های کیفی، از روش بازبینی توسط اعضا و بررسی همکار استفاده شد. در نهایت الگویی مشتمل بر شش عامل شرایط علی (محرک‌های چابکی)، پدیده محوری (توانمندسازهای چابکی)، راهبردها (قابلیت‌های چابکی)، متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، پیامدهای چابکی و 22 مقوله برای دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران طراحی گردید که مبتنی بر آن ارتباط میان عناصر تشکیل‌دهنده این الگو شناسایی گردید.

Objective: Rapid developments and major changes in today's world require more responsive, faster, and more information processing. Universities and higher education institutions, like other organizations, need organizational agility, understanding of the new paradigm, change in attitudes, goals, practices, and management to survive and cope with these changes. The purpose of this study was to design a conceptual model of organizational agility for public universities in Tehran.
Materials and Methods: This research was a qualitative research using a data-based approach. Statistical population included heads, deputies and managers of public universities in Tehran. Sampling method was purposive and in order to complete it and to achieve theoretical saturation, a total of 12 people were interviewed as participants in the study. Data were extracted from semi-structured interviews.
Result and Discussion: The data were analyzed simultaneously with interviews and using three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, a model consisting of six causal factors (agility drivers), pivotal phenomena (agility enablers), strategies (agility capabilities), variables was used to ensure the validity of the qualitative analyzes. Contextual, interventional, agility outcomes, and 22 categories were designed for public universities in Tehran based on which the relationship between the elements of this model was identified.
