چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی کیفی نیازهای آموزشی اساتید جدیدالاستخدام دانشگاه خوارزمی تهران و اولویت بندی آن‌ها در سال تحصیلی 93-92 انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش ترکیبی از نوع کیفی و کمی می‌باشد. در مرحله اول (شناسایی نیازها) روش پژوهش کیفی بود و جامعه آماری آن را متخصصان حوزه‌های برنامه درسی و مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی تشکیل می‌دادند که به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند (غیرتصادفی) تعداد نه نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دیدگاه‌های افراد از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به دست آمد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از روش کدگذاری اسمیت استفاده گردید. در مرحله دوم (اولویت‌بندی نیازها) 1500 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی در 10 دانشکده دانشگاه خوارزمی جامعه آماری را تشکیل داده بودند که با استفاده از جدول تخمین نمونه کرجسی و مورگان 306 نفر برآورد و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در این بخش از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (t تک نمونه‌ای و آنوا) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها در مرحله اول پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین نیازهای آموزشی اساتید در حیطه‌های ششگانه مدیریت کلاس‌داری، روش‌شناسی پژوهش، راهبردهای یاددهی-یادگیری، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی تجلی می‌یابد. در مرحله دوم نیز نیازهای فرعی 29 گانه براساس نظرات دانشجویان دانشکده‌های مختلف اولویت‌بندی گردید. نتایج این مرحله نشان داد که بین نظرات پاسخگویان به جز در حیطه مدیریت کلاس‌داری تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح (P<0/05) مشاهده نشد.

چکیده [English]

This study aims at assessing the training needs of Kharazmi University new faculty members and prioritizing the identified needs. The methodology of the study is a kind of mixed-method approach. In the first phase (needs identification), a qualitative strategy was used and 9 key informants were selected purposefully from among higher education experts. The needed data were gathered by semi-structured interview and analyzed by Smith coding method. In the second phase (needs prioritization), 306 postgraduate students were selected randomly from 10 colleges of Kharazmi University (the statistical population comprised 1500 students) based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. For analyzing quantitative data, descriptive (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential procedures (one-sample t test and ANOVA) were used. Results from the first phase indicated that the training needs of new professors can be categorized into 6 domains: classroom management, research methodology, teaching-learning strategies, communication skills, and psychological skills. In addition, 29 secondary needs were given priority by postgraduate students. Results from the second phase indicated that there is no significant difference between respondents except for classroom management domain.
