شناسایی و تحلیل موانع اشتغال در رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل موانع اشتغال در رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد شهر تهران است. این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد گرایش‌های مختلف علوم تربیتی شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده علوم تربیتی تهران بوده که تعداد 250 نفر از آنها به‌عنوان نمونه آماری از طریق نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه به‌عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که فقدان یا کمبود حمایت دولتی از مشاغل علوم تربیتی مهم‌ترین مانع برای اشتغال فارغ‌التحصیلان در بخش علوم تربیتی است. ضمن اینکه تحلیل عاملی موانع کارآفرینی در دانشگاه به دسته‌بندی این موانع در پنج عامل اصلی منجر شد که مهم‌ترین عامل شناخته شده عامل پیشتیبانی می‌باشد، این عامل دربرگیرنده موانعی مثل کمبود امکانات، تجهیزات علوم تربیتی برای کار عملی، کمبود وسایل آموزشی و کمک آموزشی و نیز کمبود امکانات و تجهیزات بوده است. پس از این عامل به ترتیب عوامل آموزشی، برنامه‌ریزی، سیاست‌گذاری و عامل انسانی بیشترین مقدار واریانس کل را تبیین نموده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is identifying and analyzing the employment barriers in Educational Sciences from MA Students’ viewpoints in Tehran. This research was conducted by survey method. The population consisted of all M.A. graduates in different majors of Educational Sciences who are studying in Tehran Faculties of Education from which 250 people were selected as the population by stratified sampling. In this research the questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data and SPSS software was applied for analyzing the data. The findings showed that the absence or lack of governmental support in terms of educational sciences jobs is the most important barrier for the employment of the graduate Students in this field.  In addition, factor analysis of entrepreneurship barrier in university leads to the classification of these barriers in five main parts of which the most important factor is support factor. This factor involves others barriers such as lack of facilities, educational sciences requirements for practical parts, lack of educational equipment, training equipment, facilities and required equipment. After this factor, others such as educational, planning, policy making and human factors have the highest amount of total variance.
