طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان (15724 نفر) و اعضای هیأت علمی (239) دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرمان در ‌سال تحصیلی 95-1394 می‌باشند. روش پژوهش به‌صورت آمیخته است. به‌طوری که در بخش کیفی، روش پژوهش نظریه داده‌‌بنیاد و در بخش کمی نیز پیمایشی بوده است. روند تحقیق مشتمل بر سه بخش کلی شامل استخراج شایستگی‌ها از طریق تحلیل داده‌بنیاد، تأیید یا تعدیل شایستگی‌ها از طریق استنباط آماری و اولویت‌بندی شایستگی‌ها از طریق تکنیک تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش اول به‌صورت هدفمند طبقه‌ای و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. در بخش دوم، روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بسته‌پاسخ بود. در بخش سوم نیز، روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه مقایسه‌های زوجی بود. مهم‌ترین نتایج، دستیابی به الگویی از شایستگی‌های مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی مشتمل بر 11 شایستگی محوری و 62 شایستگی فرعی بود. شایستگی‌های محوری استخراج شده به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت‌اند از؛ شایستگی‌های اخلاقی؛ اداری–نظارتی؛ فردی و شخصیتی؛ انگیزشی؛ فناورانه؛ ادراکی؛ ارتباطی و میان‌فردی؛ فرهنگی؛ فنی، حرفه‌ای و تخصصی؛ سیاسی؛ و اقتصادی–کارآفرینانه.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model for competencies of department chairs. The statistical population was all students (n: 15724) and faculty members (n: 239) of Islamic Azad university of Kerman. Research method was a mixed one. In the qualitative section, research method was grounded theory and in quantitative section it was a survey. The procedure of conducting the study was comprised of three parts; 1) extraction of competencies by grounded theory; 2) validation of competencies by inferential statistics; and 3) competencies prioritizing using Analytical Hierarchy Process. In the first part, sampling method was stratified purposeful and data collection instrument was Semi-structured interview. In the second part, sampling method was stratified random and data collection instrument was a closed responses questionnaire. In the third part, sampling method was purposeful and data collection instrument was a questionnaire of competencies paired comparisons. The result suggests a model of competencies consisting of 11 core competencies as well as 62 sub competencies. Core competencies were in order of importance: Ethical, Administrative – Monitoring, Personal, Motivational, Technological, Conceptual, Communicational, Cultural, Professional, Political, and Economic – Entrepreneurial.
