تبیین راهبردها و پیامدهای سلامت سازمانی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش: مطالعه موردی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان فارس

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی راهبردها و پیامدهای تحقق سلامت سازمانی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان فارسانجام گرفته است.
مواد و روش­ها: رویکرد تحقیق، ترکیبی) کیفی و کمی ( بوده و از روش اکتشافی استفاده شده است.  در این راستا، در مرحله نخست و در بخش کیفی، به مصاحبه با صاحب نظران و  در مرحله دوم از روش کمی) توصیفی پیمایشی( به منظور جمع آوری داده ها  استفاده گردید. در این مرحله از داده های حاصل از تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر روی مصاحبه ها برای ساخت پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شد .
جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، صاحب­نظران حوزه آموزش و پرورش و نیز کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان فارس در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند. دربخش کیفی از نمونه­گیری هدفمند و در بخش کمی از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای استفاده گردید. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها، مصاحبه نیمه­ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود.
 بحث و نتیجه­گیری: یافته­های حاصل از تحلیل محتوای کیفی مصاحبه ها نشان داد که مهمترین راهبردهای تحقق سلامت سازمانی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شامل ارزیابی و کنترل، برنامه ریزی راهبردی، منابع مالی، و رهنمودهای اسناد و منابع بالادستی؛ و همچنین مهمترین پیامدهای آن را می­توان هدفمندی سازمان، رشد سرمایه اجتماعی، تحقق عدالت اجتماعی، و پویایی سازمان دانست. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل بخش کمی نیز نشان داد نقش راهبردها و پیامدها در تبیین سلامت سازمانی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش، اثربخش است.

Objective: The present study aims to identify the strategies and outcomes of the fulfilment of organizational health in the Education Office of Fars province.
Materials and Method: The research approach is mixed method(qualitative and quantitative) and the exploratory method has been used. In this regard, in the first stage and in the qualitative section, interviews with experts and in the second stage, the quantitative method (descriptive survey) was used to collect data. Interviews were used to construct a questionnaire. The experts in the field of education and also the staff of Fars province Education Office in the academic year 2020-2021 comprise the statistical population of this study.  For the qualitative section, purposeful sampling, and for the quantitative section cluster sampling has been deployed. Data collecting method includes semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire designed by the researcher. 
Result and Discusion:The findings of the interviews’ qualitative content analysis demonstrate that the most significant strategies to fulfill organizational health of the Education Office staff include evaluation and control, strategic planning, financial resources, and senior documents and resources instructions. Moreover, the most noteworthy outcomes include organizational purposefulness, social capital growth, fulfilment of social justice, and organizational dynamism. The results of the analysis of the quantitative section demonstrate that the strategies and outcomes can be effective in the explanation of organizational health of the Education Office staff.
