زیرساخت‌های فرهنگی آموزشی در طراحی و اجرای محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی

چکیده

فرهنگ به­طور کلی و ارزش­ها و نرم­های غالب در یک جامعه با ترسیم  مطلوبیت‌ها ، قالب ها و حتی فرایند‌ها نقش مهمی در ایجاد و شکل‌دهی فعالیت‌ها، شیوه‌ها و فناوری‌های آموزشی ایفا می‌کنند.لازم به ذکر است که فناوری ها پدیده‌ های خنثی نیستند؛ بلکه پدیده های مختص به فرهنگ است که در بطن زمینه‌های فرهنگی ایجاد می‌شوند. فناوری‌های آموزشی برآمده و متأثر از فرهنگ و زمینه‌ای هستند که در آن محیط شکل گرفته‌اند و بالطبع منعکس­کننده خصیصه‌ها، انتظارات و نیازهای خاص آن جامعه می‌باشد. بنابراین معرفی و آوردن فناورهایی (مانند CMS, LMS و غیره که با نرم­های متفاوت با نرم­های ما طراحی شده­اند) می‌تواند پاردایم‌ها و جریان‌های فکری غالب را به چالش بکشد. از این رو بسیاری مهم­ترین پیش ‌نیاز آموزش الکترونیکی را تغییر پارادیم‌های فرهنگی آموزشی می‌دانند. این مقاله تلاشی جهت بحث و بررسی مؤلفه‌های فرهنگی - آموزشی در طراحی و کاربست یادگیری الکترونیکی می‌باشد. شناخت صحیح بسترها و مؤ لفه‌های فرهنگی- آموزشی کشور خودمان در کنار شناسایی زیرساخت‌های فرهنگی-آموزشی فناوری‌های عرضه شده می تواند عاملی مهم و کلیدی در طراحی، کاربست و در نهایت بومی کردن این فناوری‌ها می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

When utilizing technologies in educational settings, it is important to note that this is not a culturally neutral phenomenon; rather, they are cultural-specific ventures that are grounded and provided in a specific cultural context. Despite increasing acknowledgment of the cultural and cultural pedagogical issues fundamental importance in educational settings, these issues have hardly been addressed and thus may not be taken in to account in the design and implementation of e-learning services and products such as LMS and CMS. This article, therefore, aims to shed some light on cultural-pedagogical issues in designing and implementing e-learning. Exploring and understanding the embedded cultural-pedagogical norms in educational institution is critical not only for successful design and implementation of e-learning services and products but also for drawing the intended educational outcomes. Because only with a clear sense of these theoretical foundations that underpin assumptions about learning and teaching, can e-learning courses be appropriately designed, used and qualified.
