چکیده

هدف: مفهوم دانشگاه کارآفرین در دو دهه اخیر به طور جدی مورد توجه صاحب‌نظران و نظریه‌پردازان حوزه آموزش عالی قرار داشته است. تقویت و توسعۀ کارآفرینی راهکاری جهت حل معضل اشتغال خواهد بود و دانشگاه کارآفرین با بهره‌گیری از پتانسیل‌های موجود در دانشگاه به بهسازی و رشد کارآفرینی می پردازد و موجبات کاهش نرخ بیکاری را پدید می‌آورد. هدف تحقیق ارائه الگوی مفهومی دانشگاه کارآفرین با رویکرد بلوغ روانشناختی و آمادگی روانی برای تجاری‌سازی و کارآفرینی در مراکز علمی کاربردی استان مازندران بوده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر خبرگان مراکز علمی کاربردی استان مازندران و اساتید مسلط به موضوع پژوهش به تعداد 12 نفر بوده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی بوده و از تکنیک‌های دلفی فازی، دیمتل و آی اس ام استفاده شده است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های حاصل از اجرای تکنیک‌های دیمتل و آی اس ام نشان داده که از بین 5 متغیر اصلی و 21 بعد فرعی منتخب شده بوسیله تکنیک دلفی فازی، مؤلفه‌های ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی، زیرساخت متغیرهای مستقل هستند که دارای قدرت نفوذ قوی و بر همه مؤلفه‌ها اثرگذارند و مؤلفه‌های مدیریت، کارآفرینی و اشتغال دانش بنیان، خروجی و پیامد به‌عنوان متغیرهای وابسته و اثرپذیرترین ابعاد شناسایی شدند.
در پایان نیز پیشنهاد گردید به مواردی از قبیل احساس نیاز و داشتن انگیزه اولیه برای تجاری‌سازی؛ آگاهی و اطمینان پژوهشگران دانشگاه نسبت به فرایند تجاری‌سازی (حقوق مالکیت فکری، ثبت پتنت و امتیاز لیسانس)؛ نگرش دانشگاهیان توجه ویژه گردد.

چکیده [English]

Objective The concept of Entrepreneurship University has been a matter of great interest in the field of higher education for the last two decades. Promoting entrepreneurship will be a solution to the employment problem, and the University of Entrepreneurship, utilizing the potential of the university, will improve entrepreneurship and increase unemployment and reduce unemployment. The purpose of this study was to present a conceptual model of Entrepreneurship University with psychological maturity approach and psychological readiness for commercialization and entrepreneurship in applied science centers of Mazandaran province.
Materials and methods: The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the present study was 12 experts in applied science centers of Mazandaran province and the dominant professors. Data were collected using paired comparisons questionnaire and fuzzy Delphi, Dimitel and ISM techniques.
Results and Discussion: Findings from the implementation of DEMATEL and ISM techniques show that among the 5 main variables and 21 sub-dimensions selected by fuzzy Delphi technique, the components of social and cultural values and attitudes, infrastructure as the most effective and management components, entrepreneurship. And knowledge-based employment, output and outcome were identified as the most influential dimensions.
Finally, it was suggested to focus on issues such as the need for and the primary motivation for commercialization; the knowledge and confidence of university researchers in the commercialization process (intellectual property rights, patent registration and bachelor's degree).
