چکیده

هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه دانشگاه شهید بهشتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود که کوشش شده است با رویکردی سیستمی وضعیت مؤلفه­های دروندادی، فرایندی و بروندادی فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه مشخص و پیشنهادهایی جهت بهبود و ارتقاء مطلوبیت فعالیت­ها ارائه گردد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی، از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه دانشجویان فعال و غیر­فعال در فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه بوده­اند که از بین دانشجویان فعال 84  نفر و دانشجویان غیر­فعال 375 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش تصادفی نسبی به­عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات و داده­های لازم از پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش­های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون t تک نمونه، آزمون t برای گروه­های مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و آزمون شفه) استفاده شد. به طور کلی یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه از دیدگاه دانشجویان فعال، اثربخش ولی از دیدگاه دانشجویان غیر­فعال، اثربخش نبوده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was the investigation of Effectiveness of Extracurricular activities in ShahidBeheshtiUniversity by using a systemic approach. It has attempted to identify the main input, procedural, and output elements of the extracurricular activities and to offer some suggestions for improvement of those activities. The method of this research was descriptive. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaires were used. Research population had consisted of 375 inactive students and 84 active students in extracurricular activities that were selected through stratified – proportional sampling by using Morgan formula. For analyzing the data of research descriptive and inferential statistical methods (variate T-test, bivariate T-test and ANOVA, scheffe testing) were used. The viewpoints of active students had indicated the Extracurricular activities were Effective, but the inactive students considered extracurricular activities inffective.
