آسیب‌‌شناسی دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی-غیرانتفاعی

چکیده

دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی-غیرانتفاعی به‌عنوان یکی از زیرنظام‌های آموزش عالی ایران، با آسیب‌های مختلفی مواجه‌اند که عملکرد آن‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. جهت شناسایی این آسیب‌ها در این تحقیق از شیوه پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل رؤسای این‌گونه مؤسسات در سراسر کشور است که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، 201 نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که مؤسسات غیرانتفاعی در امور علمی و پژوهشی با آسیب‌هایی نظیر توجه صرف به انتقال علم و نپرداختن به تولید آن، ضعف پژوهش و مشکل در برگزاری همایش‌های علمی رو به رو است. هم‌چنین در حوزه آموزش نیز آسیب‌هایی از قبیل خالی ماندن ظرفیت پذیرش، همسان بودن رشته‌های‌ موجود در مؤسسات همجوار، نداشتن امکان حضور در برخی از حوزه‌ها، ضعف در برقراری ارتباط با بخش‌های به‌کارگیرنده‌ی فارغ‌التحصیلان و ناکافی بودن اعضای هیأت علمی وجود دارد. ضمناً این مراکز در زمینه امور مالی نیز با آسیب‌هایی از قبیل وابستگی مالی به درآمدهای حاصل از شهریه دریافتی از دانشجویان، فقدان وحدت رویه، نارسایی معیشتی و رفاهی اعضای هیأت علمی و سایر کارکنان و احتمال بروز مشکلات مالی مواجه‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Non-governmental and non-profit universities and higher education institutions, as sub-systems of higher education in Iran are facing various problems which have affected their performance. This study is categorized in survey-type studies and is questionnaire based. The research population consists of such educational institution directors, out of whom 201 were randomly selected across the country. This method of sampling is called stratified random sampling.
The research finding indicates that non-profit institutions are facing problems in scientific and research area including sheer focus on science transfer and lack of production in this area, research inadequacy, and incapacitation in holding scientific conferences. In the field of education, they also face impediments such as vacant seats, similarity of educational fields in the neighboring institutes, incapacity in offering some fields of study, and shortcomings in employing the graduates and insufficient number of faculty members.
