The Relationships between Moral Intelligence of Managers and Physical Conflict of Teachers with the Style of Management with Love in the Junior High Schools in the City of Ilam

Abstract

This article tries to study the relationship between managers’ moral intelligence and physical conflict of teachers with style of management with love in thejunior high schools in the city of Ilam. Style of management with love in general and also, in the form of four separate dimensions of positive emotions, managerial competence, leadership skills, and spirituality were examined. In this study, Correlation research method was used. Statistical community of this research included 225 people from managers and teachers of junior high schools in the city of Ilam. A questionnaire was used for data collection and its validity was confirmed by management experts and also its reliability was calculated throughCronbach’s alpha. For for the moral intelligence, style of management with love and physical conflict reliabilitywas 0/93, 0/92 and 0/77. To test this hypothesis, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis were used. And the results showed that moral intelligence has a significant impact on the style of management with love and 3 dimensions of management including managerial competence, leadership skills, and spirituality. Also there is an inverse relation between style of management with love and teachers physical conflict.
