Hence data has been accumulated of the four statistical populations including senior managers, faculty members, students and staff using descriptive and analytic methods. Measurement tools included questionnaires which the researcher made. Required data has been collected from sampling of faculty members, students, staff and a complete census from senior managers. The information obtained was analyzes by using descriptive and inferential statistics methods. The results show that at the case University, the current state of the internationalization of education and research functioning is relatively desirable and not desirable is the function of specialized services. Data were collected through four questionnaires and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and test a theoretical model. The results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between servant leadership and trust on dean. Also the results supported the positive effect of organizational justice on trust on dean. The method of this study is descriptive-survey. 221 faculty members of ShahidBeheshtiUniversity were selected using multistage random cluster sampling and a researcher made questionnaire distributed among them, too. The findings showed that the faculty members had the same idea in terms of the elements of organizational culture except on the “integrity” element. Also, based on their scientific ranking, there were different ideas among the faculty members on the elements of organizational culture. It is also worthy to mention that they did not have different ideas regarding to the elements of organizational culture based on the places of their graduation except on the element of the “reward system” and “personal sovereignty”.
