ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقاء کیفیت دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی و غیرانتفاعی(مورد مطالعه: استان گیلان)
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و ارائهی یک مدل جامع بهعنوان منشور راهنما جهت ارتقاء کیفیت دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی و غیرانتفاعی استان گیلان میباشد؛ لذا در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا به وسیلهی ادبیات و پیشینهی پژوهش اقدام به شناسایی فاکتورهای تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت آموزش عالی شد و سپس به وسیلهی روش دلفی 12 عامل نهایی گردید و در مرحلهی بعد این فاکتورها به وسیلهی روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (CFA) اعتبارسنجی و اولویتبندی شدند. سرآخر نیز مدل نهایی ارتقاع کیفیت دانشگاهها و مؤسسات غیرانتفاعی و غیردولتی استان گیلان طراحی و ارئه گردید. مواد و روشها: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 2697 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی رسمی، کارکنان و دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی و غیرانتفاعی استان گیلان میباشد و از این افراد تعداد 347 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که براساس فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده است؛ روش پژوهش از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی و از نوع اکتشافی-علی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. همانطور که بیان گردید، ابعاد کیفیت آموزش عالی در این پژوهش شامل 12 مؤلفه میباشد. برای تأیید روایی عاملی اکتشافی از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد که در نتیجهی آن همهی ابعاد مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند. در پژوهش حاضر یک پرسشنامهی محقق ساختهی 123 گویهای بین نمونه تحقیق توزیع گردید و پس از تکمیل با استفاده از آزمون K-S، t-test تک نمونهای، مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و بهطور مشخیص تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (CFA) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت؛ بدینمنظور از نرمافزارهای تخصصی SPSS 22 و LISREL8.8 استفاده شد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج ناشی از توزیع پرسشنامه بین نمونهی پژوهش و تجزیه و تحلیل آن با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 25 و LISREL 8.8 نشان داد که اولویت فاکتورهای تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت آموزش دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی و غیرانتفاعی استان گیلان براساس بارهای عاملی به ترتیب به این شرح است: 1- بعد زیرساختهای فیزیکی و فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (بار عاملی برابر با 67/0)، 2- بعد خدمات (بار عاملی برابر با 64/0)، 3- بعد پژوهش (بار عاملی برابر با 60/0)، 4- بعد مالی (بار عاملی برابر با 58/0)، 5- بعد دانشجویان (بار عاملی برابر با 57/0)، 6- بعد فرایند پذیرش (بار عاملی برابر با 52/0)، 7- یعد آموزش و برنامه ریزی درسی (بار عاملی برابر با 48/0)، 8- بعد کارکنان (بار عاملی برابر با 45/0)، 9- بعد چشم انداز، رسالت و اهداف (بار عاملی برابر با 44/0)، 10- بعد ارزش های کلیدی دانشگاه (فرهنگ دانشگاهی) (بار عاملی برابر با 43/0)، 11- بعد مدیریت و رهبری (بار عاملی برابر با 40/0)، و 12- بعد هیئت علمی (بار عاملی برابر با 20/0)؛ با توجه به نتایج پژوهش مشخص میشود که هر یک از 12 عامل فوق با توجه به آمارهی t تأثیرشان بر کیفیت آموزش عالی محرز و مسلم است زیرا همهی مقادیر آمارهی t بالاتر از مقدار 96/1 ± هستند؛ اما چیزی که باید به آن توجه کرد و بسیار مهم است این است که انجام سرمایهگذاری همزمان بر روی همهی عوامل فوق با توجه به محدودیت و کمبود منابع غیرممکن است؛ بنابراین باید اولویت متغیرها براساس بار عاملی نگاه کرد. اما با نگاهی دقیقتر به فاکتورهای فوق و با تمرکز بر بارهای عاملی میتوان دریافت که 4 عامل اول یعنی بعد زیرساختهای فیزیکی، خدمات، پژوهش و مالی به ترتیب دارای بالاترین بار عاملی هستند و اختلاف بار عاملی این 4 فاکتور با بقیه فاکتورها بسیار زیاد است؛ بنابراین به رؤسای دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیردولتی و غیرانتفاعی استان گیلان توصیه میشود، برای دستیابی به کیفیت ابتدا روی این 4 عامل سرمایهگذاری نمایند.

تبیین ویژگیهای دورۀ گذار دانشگاه از نسل دوم به نسل سوم مطالعه موردی: یکی از دانشگاههای فنی-مهندسی کشور
هدف: هدف اصلی از این پژوهش، تعریف و تبیین ویژگیها و الزامات دورۀ گذار از نسل دوم به نسل سوم برای یکی از دانشگاههای طراز اول حوزه فنی-مهندسی کشور و تعیین شاخصهای کلیدی برای پایش عملکرد آن در طول این دوره بود. ارائه الگویی که بتواند برای دانشگاههای مشابه، در تعریف و طی کردن دوره گذار، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد هدف بعدی این پژوهش به شمار میرود.مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع مطالعات موردی بوده که به شیوه میدانی و براساس الگوی پیشنهادی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری به دانشگاهها به اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه، بالغ بر 400 نفر بوده است. جامعه نمونه در مرحله پیمایشی پژوهش، شامل 67 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی منتخب بوده که به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودهاند. اعضای منتخب در 6 کمیته تخصصی سازماندهی شده و به صورت کاملاً میدانی در فرایند پژوهش، مشارکت داده شدند.بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تحول دانشگاه نسل دوم به نسل سوم مستلزم طی کردن یک دوره حدوداً 10 ساله میباشد که به دوره گذار معروف است. تهیه و تأمین زیر ساختهای لازم اعم از زیرساختهای نرم از قبیل طراحی فرایندها، تدوین دستورالعملها و آییننامهها و زیرساختهای سخت از قبیل تأمین فضاهای فیزیکی لازم به همراه فرهنگسازی در بین اعضای هیأت علمی، کارکنان و دانشجویان مهمترین وظایف مدیریت در دوره گذار بهشمار میرود. همچنین محرز گردید که گرچه مشخصههای کارآفرینی و تجاریسازیِ دستاوردهای علمی، برجستهترین ابعاد یک دانشگاه نسل سوم به حساب میآیند اما توانمند شدن دانشگاه در تبدیل دانش به فناوری و جایابی مناسب دانشگاه در زنجیرهها و شبکههای ارتباطات و همکاریهای علمی بینالمللی، ابعاد نسبتاً پررنگتر از هویت دانشگاه در دورۀ گذار را شکل میدهند و لذا ضروری است که سهم قابل توجهی از فهرست شاخصهای پایش عملکرد در دورۀ گذار به حوزههای یاد شده اختصاص یابد.

مقایسهی عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد استعداد درخشان، ممتاز با عادی در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی
هدف: با توجه به اینکه در ایران ارائة تسهیلات به استعدادهای درخشان و ممتاز مورد توجه قانونگذار بوده است و نهادهای مختلف همچون آموزش عالی ملزم به ارائة تسهیلاتی به استعدادهای درخشان و ممتاز هستند، بررسی عملکرد آنها بهعنوان بروندهای سیستم جذب و انتخاب کنونی ضروری بهنظر میرسد. مطالعة حاضر با هدف مقایسة عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد استعداد درخشان و ممتاز با عادی در سه جزء عملکرد تحصیلی در دورة کارشناسی ارشد یعنی عملکرد آموزشی، عملکرد پژوهشی و ارتقاء علمی صورت گرفته است.مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع پس رویدادی است. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامة محققساخته استفاده شده است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأکید قرار گرفت و دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. همچنین معدل اکثر دانشجویان فوقالذکر از طریق معاونت آموزشی و دفتر استعداد درخشان به دست آمد و با استفاده از SPSS در کنار دادههای پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون T نشاندهندة تفاوت معنیدار عملکرد آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد استعداد درخشان و ممتاز در مقابل دانشجویان عادی است. در زمینة ارتقاء علمی تفاوت معنیداری بین این دو گروه مشاهده نشد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس نشاندهندة تفاوت معنیدار معدل دانشجویان استعداد درخشان علوم پایه، علوم انسانی و فنی و مهندسی با دانشجویان عادی علوم پایه و فنی و مهندسی است. بین معدل دانشجویان ممتاز فنی و مهندسی با دانشجویان عادی علوم انسانی تفاوت معنیداری به دست نیامد. بر عکس در عملکرد پژوهشی تنها بین دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و ممتاز فنی و مهندسی و علوم انسانی با دانشجویان عادی علوم انسانی تفاوت معنیداری به دست آمد. و عملکرد دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و ممتاز فنی و مهندسی و علوم انسانی برتر از دانشجویان عادی علوم انسانی بود. بین عملکرد ارتقاء علمی به تفکیک دانشجویان و دانشکدهها، تفاوت معنیداری به دست نیامد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: هر چند به صورت کلی در مقایسة دو گروه استعداد درخشان، ممتاز با عادی تفاوت معنیداری بین عملکرد پژوهشی و آموزشی وجود داشت، اما در مقایسةهایی که به تفکیک دانشکدهها صورت گرفت، مشخص شد که در عملکرد پژوهشی هیچ تفاوتی بین دانشجویان استعداد درخشان، ممتاز با عادی دانشکدههای فنی و مهندسی و علوم پایه وجود ندارد. همچنین تفاوتی در عملکرد ارتقاء علمی بین همة گروههای دانشجویان مشاهده نشد.

نظام آموزش و پرورش و خلاء ده ساله یک الگوی عملیاتی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیات امنایی کشور از منظر سیستم مدیریت مدرسهمحور
هدف: امروزه، تغییرات تکنولوژیکی، تأثیر به سزایی بر تمامی اجزای تشکیلدهنده ساختار آموزشی بر جای نهاده است.، بهگونهای که آموزش و پرورش را ناگزیر از اتخاذ سیاستهای جدید، ازجمله اجرای سیستم مدرسه محوری در مدارس هیأت امنایی کرده است، که بهعنوان ضرورتی اجتنابناپذیر در نظام آموزشی مطرح است که اجرای کامل و عاجل آن در نظام آموزشی سبب برونرفت از مشکلات کنونی آموزشی خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، ارائه یک الگوی عملیاتی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیأت امنایی کشور با توجه به خلاء ده ساله در نظام آموزش و پرورش کشورمان از منظر سیستم مدیریت مدرسهمحور انجام شد.مواد و روشها: محقق از لحاظ کیفی موضوع پژوهش را با استفاده از رویکرد داده بنیادی بهمنظور شناسایی شاخصها و مؤلفههای سیستم مدیریت مدرسهمحور جهت ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیأت امنایی کشور مورد بررسی قرار داده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل فهرستی 20 نفره از سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان وزارت آموزش و پرورش بهویژه سازمان مشارکتهای مردمی، اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاههای معتبر و مدیران و معلمان مدارس هیأت امنایی بوده است که در نهایت از میان این افراد، 12 نفر تحت عنوان اعضای کمیته دلفی برای انجام مصاحبه پاسخ مثبت دادند و مصاحبه با آنان آغاز شد. در این پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته استفاده گردید.بحث و نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای کیفی حاصل از مصاحبهها با مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش (اعضاء کمیته دلفی)، کدگذاری باز، محوری، گزینشی و همچنین تحلیل محتوای متن مصاحبهها و در عین حال مطابقت آنها با مبانی نظری، مقولهها، عوامل اصلی و فرعی سیستم مدیریت مدرسهمحور مؤثر در ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیأت امنایی، 12 مقوله و عامل اصلی به ترتیب مشارکت، تعهد سازمانی، انعطافپذیری، تفویض اختیار، استقلال، پاسخگویی، مسئولیتپذیری، تمرکززدایی، رسالت، توانمندسازی، ساختار مجدد، و فرهنگ سازمانی و 38 عامل فرعی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. مجموع نتایج نشان داد که پیادهسازی و اجرای سیستم مدیریت مدرسه برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیأت امنایی کشور در حد متوسط میباشد. مدل حاصل از این پژوهش، ابزاری را مهیا میسازد که میتواند بهطور عملی و ملموس به ارزیابی عملکرد مدارس هیأت امنایی در حیطه ویژگیهای اختصاصی و فرعی مدل جهانی مدیریت مدرسهمحور پرداخته و شتاب به سمت عدم تمرکززدایی را سرعت ببخشد. لازم است آموزش و پرورش در یک برنامهریزی بلندمدت (حداقل پنج ساله) ضمن فراهم کردن زمینههای لازم و مد نظر قرار دادن الگوی پژوهش حاضر، به تدریج نسبت به استقرار سیستم مدیریت مدرسهمحوری در مدارس هیأت امنایی اقدام نمایند.

ارائه الگوی مفهومی وظایف مدیران فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز آموزش عالی
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و ارائه الگوی مفهومی وظایف مدیران ارشد فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز آموزش عالی انجام شد.مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر به روش آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) انجام شد. در همین رابطه نخست ادبیات پژوهشهای مرتبط بررسی و سپس به کمک روش کیفی فراترکیب وظایف کلیدی و خرده وظایف مدیران فناوری اطلاعات شناسایی شد. نمونهگیری در بخش کیفی بهصورت هدفمند و پس از طی فرآیند 5 مرحلهای غربالگری اسناد صورت گرفت. دادههای کیفی نیز به روش تحلیل محتوا و به شیوه کدگذاری اولیه و ثانویه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. همچنین پایایی بخش کیفی با استفاده از ضریب توافق کاپا (653/0) مطلوب ارزیابی شد. در بخش کمی نیز مدیران و معاونین مراکز فناوری اطلاعات دانشگاه شهید بهشتی، دانشگاه تهران، دانشگاه صنعتی شریف و دانشگاه امیرکبیر جامعه پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادهاند. نمونهگیری بخش کمی نیز بهصورت هدفمند و به شیوه سرشماری صورت گرفت. در ادامه بر مبنای یافتههای کیفی پرسشنامهای 61 سؤالی ساخته شد، روایی پرسشنامه از سوی صاحبنظران تأیید و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 برآورد شد و سپس میان 53 نفر از مدیران و معاونین مراکز فناوری اطلاعات دانشگاههای منتخب بخش کمی توزیع گردید. همچنین دادههای حاصل از بخش کمی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (درصد و میانگین) و استنباطی (آزمون T تک گروهی و آزمون فریدمن) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای پژوهش و درنتیجه فراترکیب اسناد مجموعاً 12 وظیفه کلیدی و 61 خرده وظیفه مدیران فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز آموزش عالی شناسایی شد که در این میان وظایف کلیدی تأمین زیرساختها، مذاکره، رهبری، ائتلافسازی و تسهیلگری، کارآفرینی، مدیر مالی و تخصیص منابع، عاملیت تغییر، مربیگری و الهامبخشی، نظارت و ارزیابی، سیاستگذاری، تیمسازی و رابط بودن مدیر ارشد فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز آموزش عالی به ترتیب در اولویتهای اول تا دوازدهم وظایف کلیدی مدیران فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز آموزش عالی قرار گرفتند. از منظر مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش همه وظایف شناساییشده مدیران ارشد فناوری اطلاعات در آموزش عالی اهمیتی بالاتر از متوسط را داشتهاند اما با این وجود تلاش برای تأمین زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات، مذاکره و چانهزنی با سایر ذینفعان این حوزه و همچنین ایفا نقش رهبری فناوری اطلاعات در دانشگاهها بهعنوان سه وظیفه کلیدی این مدیران ارشد تعیینشدهاند.

شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت بخشی آموزش از دیدگاه متخصصان آموزش عالی و دانشجویان دکتری
هدف: در دهههای اخیر نظام آموزش عالی ایران با چالشهای فراوانی از جمله کمیگرایی، افزایش فشارهای مالی، تمرکزگرایی و تعدد مراکز تصمیمساز و تصمیمگیر، سیطره سیاستزدگی بر نظام آموزش عالی، افزایش بیاخلاقیهای پژوهشی، نبود ارتباطات بینالمللی، ناهمزمانی برنامههای درسی با نیازهای جامعه، ضعف زیرساختارهای تکنولوژیکی و غیره مواجه شده است که سطح کیفی آن را دچار تنزل کرده است. بنابراین هم اکنون بیش از زمان دیگری نیازمند بازاندیشی در ساختار و کارکردهای آموزش عالی میباشد. از این رو، هدف از پژوهش پیش رو، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت بخشی آموزش از دیدگاه متخصصان آموزش عالی و دانشجویان دکتری در دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی میباشد که این عوامل در سطوح مختلف اثربخشی با واکاوی دو دیدگاه شناسایی و تحلیل شدند.مواد و روشها: با توجه به پیچیدگی، ذهنی و نسبی بودن مفهوم کیفیت در آموزش و وابسته بودن آن به بستر و زمینه هر ساختاری در این مطالعه از روش پژوهش کیفی اکتشافی استفاده شده است. چرا که برونداد پژوهشهای کیفی یافتههای دقیقتری را برای درک و تفسیر عمیقتر افکار و اذهان آزمودنیها فراهم میسازد. بدینمنظور با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته، با 7 متخصص آموزش عالی و 19 دانشجوی دکتری که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شده بودند مصاحبه با شش پرسش صورت گرفت. سپس اطلاعات گردآوری شده با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل محتوا، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در مرحله کدگذاری باز پس از خوانش تمامی مصاحبهها مفاهیم مربوط به هر مصاحبه احصاء شد. در مرحله بعد مفاهیم احصاء شده براساس وجوه افتراق و اشتراک در قالب مقولههای فرعی ثانویه دستهبندی شدند. در بخش سوم فرایند کدگذاری، مقولههای ثانویه فرعی نیز بر پایه تشابهات و تفاوتها در یکدیگر ادغام و مقولههای ثانویه اولیه را تشکیل دادند این فرایند بهطور جداگانه در پاسخ به هر پرسش مصاحبه انجام شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد که عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش در سطح کلاس درس به چهار دسته؛ استاد (آکادمیکی و شخصیتی)، دانشجو (تحصیلی و نگرشی_شخصیتی)، محتوای درسی (ساختاری و اجرایی)، امکانات و زیرساختها (زیرساخت سخت و تکنولوژیکی_علمی) تقسیم میشوند. موانع آموزش با کیفیت در آموزش عالی نیز به دو دسته درون دانشگاهی (استاد، دانشجو، محتوای درسی و امکانات و زیرساختها) و فرا دانشگاهی (در سطح خرد و سطح کلان) تفکیک شدند که متناظر با موانع، راهکارهای رفع آنها نیز برای کیفیت بخشی به آموزش عالی نظیر: بازنگری سیستم ارتقاء اعضای هیأت علمی، گسترش ارتباط با مجامع بینالمللی، باز ساماندهی ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت، اصلاح فرایند جذب اعضای هیأت علمی و غیره تشریح شد. یافتههای نشاندهنده نقش دانشجو در افزایش کیفیت آموزش نیز به دو دسته عوامل درونی (علمی-تحصیلی و نگرشی) و عوامل بیرونی (مدیریتی-اجرایی، سیاستی) طبقهسازی شدند. در واکاوی نقش برنامه درسی در افزایش کیفیت آموزش عالی نیز یافتهها به دو دسته محتوایی (ساختاری و اجرایی) و فرامحتوایی (مدیریتی و سیاستی) طبقهبندی شدند. براساس یافتههای این پژوهش اصلاح سیستم ارزشیابی استاد توسط دانشجو و توجه به نتایج آن برای بهکرد عملکرد اعضای هیأت علمی پیشنهاد میشود

مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری روابط انتظارات و کیفیتخدماتآموزشی با رضایتمندی و وفاداریدانشجویان با تأکید برنقش میانجیگری ارزشدرکشده
هدف: مطالعه پیش رو با هدف مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری روابط انتظارات و کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجویان با تأکید بر نقش میانجیگری ارزش درک شده در دانشگاه بینالمللی امام خمینی قزوین انجام شد. این پژوهش براساس هدف کاربردی و بر حسب گردآوری دادها توصیفی پیمایشی میباشد.مواد و روشها: جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از 2996 دانشجوی سال آخر دوره کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری دانشگاه بینالمللی امام خمینی بود. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی طبقهای نسبی متناسب با حجم جامعه آماری انجام گرفت. برای گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامههای انتظارات، کیفیت خدمات آموزشی، ارزش درک شده، رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجو به کار رفت و برای تأیید پایایی ابزار به ترتیب ضرایب آلفای 78/0، 91/0، 85/0، 87/0 و 81/0 به دست آمد که نشاندهنده پایایی مطلوب ابزار میباشد. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامهها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بهره گرفته شد و روایی همه پرسشنامهها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در پایان تعداد 342 پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرمافزارهای اس پی اس اس و لیزرل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به جداول توصیفی و میانگینها، یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت دانشگاه مذکور در حوزه عوامل اثرگذار بر وفاداری دانشجو که شامل رضایتمندی، ارزش درک شده، سطح برآورده شدن انتظارات، کیفیت خدمات آموزشی میشود؛ پایینتر از حد متوسط بوده و مطلوب نمیباشد. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که تأثیر انتظارات بر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی، ارزش درک شده، رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجویان مثبت و معنادار میباشد. تأثیر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی بر ارزش درک شده معنادار نبود. تأثیر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی بر رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجویان نیز مثبت و معنادار بود. تأثیر ارزش درک شده بر رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجویان مثبت و معنادار میباشد. این نتایج بر نقش میانجیگر و واسطهای ارزش درک شده در حوزه رضایتمندی و وفاداری دانشجویان تأکید مینماید. به سخن دیگر با بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و برآورده شدن انتظارات دانشجویان، و به تبع آن افزایش میزان ارزش درک شده در دانشجویان، پیشبینی میشود که رضایتمندی و وفاداری آنان نیز افزایش یابد. بنا بر این نتایج و با توجه به اهمیت و نقش ارزش درک شده، مدل مفهومی ارائه شد.

هدف: هدف این پژوهش مدلسازی نقش رهبری آموزشی مدیران از طریق فرهنگ مدرسه، توانمندسازی و ویژگیهای شغلی معلمان در اشتیاق شغلی آنان بود.مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده و بدینمنظور پنج ابزار پژوهش تحت عنوان مقیاس رهبری آموزشی هالینگر و وانگ (2015)، پرسشنامه فرهنگ مدرسه گرونرت (2005)، پرسشنامه تشخیص شغلیِ هکمن و اولدهام (1975)، پرسشنامه توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر (1995) و پرسشنامه اشتیاق شغلی شافلی و بیکر (2003) جهت گردآوری دادهها استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را 1568 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی تشکیل میداد که تعداد 310 نفر (با آلفای 05/0) از 56 مدرسه به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که مدل علی مفروض از برازش مناسبی برخودار بوده است (067/0=RMSEA، 99/0=CFI، 87/0=GFI) و رابطه بین رهبری آموزشی و اشتیاق شغلی تنها با سازههای فرهنگ مدرسه، توانمندسازی و ویژگیهای شغلی معلمان میانجیگری میشود. به عبارت دیگر عدم حمایت یافتهها از تأثیر مسقیم رهبری بر اشتیاق شغلی، میتواند حکایت از برخی شکافها بین معلمان و رهبری باشد. چنانچه مدیران موفق در ایجاد رابطه دوسویه با معلمان میتوانند در آنان احساس نیرومندی، وقف خود و جذب در کار ایجاد کنند. نقش مثبت فرهنگ مدرسه در رابطه بین دو متغیر بیانگر ضرورت توجه به اقتضائات فرهنگی قبل از هرگونه اقدام به تغییر رویکرد است و مدیرانی که توانایی شکلدهی فرهنگ جدید و متناسب را نداشته باشند اقدامات آنان اغلب با شکست مواجه میشود. بنابراین میتوان استنباط کرد رهبری بواسطه کنشها و اعمال خود، تعیینکننده احساس کارکنان نسبت به چیستی فرهنگ سازمان است و فرهنگ به نوبه خود هرچه بتواند احساس ارزشمند بودن در کارکنان را از طریق جلب اعتماد آنان، نوع ویژگیهای شغلی، و روندهای تصمیمگیری و مانند آن برانگیزد، کارکنان با اشتیاق بیشتری کار خواهند کرد. فرهنگ سازمانی پیشبینیکننده توانمندی روانشناختی است و چنانچه فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر محیطهای دوستانه، ارتباطات باز و انعطافپذیر باشد موجبات مشارکت فراهم میشود. توانمندسازی در خلأ صورت نمیگیرد و به بستر مناسب فرهنگی نیاز دارد تا کارکنان به لحاظ روانی آمادهی پذیرش مسئولیت شوند، شوق یادگیری در آنها به وجود آید و میان اعضا اعتماد ایجاد گردد از این رو اثربخشی توانمندسازی میتواند در میان فرهنگها متغیر باشد و ناهمخوانی بین توانمندسازی بهعنوان یک کنش مدیریتی و ارزشهای فرهنگی ممکن است تأثیر مثبت توانمندسازی را کاهش دهد. به عبارت دیگر توانمندسازی در فرهنگهای با فاصله قدرت پایین اثربخشی بیشتری دارد. لذا یکی از عوامل لازم در موفقیت اجرای برنامهها یا راهبردهای توانمندسازی تقویت فرهنگ سازمان است. بدینمنظور سازمانها باید ابتدا منظور خود از توانمندسازی را تعریف کنند و آن را در دورنما یا بیانیه مأموریت خود بهعنوان یک مؤلفه فرهنگی مشخص کنند سپس در مرحله بعدی همزمان با درونیسازی فرهنگ جدید آن را آغاز کنند. این اقدام با مشخص کردن نقشها، توسعه محدوده کنترل مدیریت، تسهیل دستیابی به اطلاعات، حمایت و پشتیبانی از افراد، تشویق خلاقیت و خطرپذیری، و بالاخره ایجاد جو مشارکتی، عملیاتی میگردد. این فرآیند مستلزم تغییر نگرش کارکنان و سیستم سازمانی به خود و کارهایشان، میباشد و راهبرد توانمندسازی اتخاذ شده باید نیازها و فرهنگ همه افراد درون سازمان را مدنظر قرار دهد. براساس یافتههای پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود مدیران مدارس رویکرد رهبری آموزشی را در مدیریت خود مورد توجه قرار دهند. مدیران بهعنوان رهبران آموزشی میتوانند با کمک به معلمان در ارتقای توان رهبری جمعی خود، همیاری با یکدیگر و شکلدهی دورنمای مشترک؛ فرهنگ مدرسه مشارکتی و مثبت ایجاد کنند و با القا ارزشمندی اهداف شغلی و سازمانی و بیان تأثیر اجتماعی فعالیت معلمان در افزایش احساس معناداری مؤثر باشند.

نقش و وظایف مدیران مدارس و مسئولان سازمان آموزش و پرورش در جهت تقویت و توسعه عجین شدن معلمان با شغلشان: نتایج یک مطالعه آمیخته
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی نشانگان نقش و وظایف مدیران مدارس و مسئولان سازمان آموزش و پرورش در جهت تقویت و توسعه عجین شدن معلمان با شغلشان و ارزیابی وضع موجود آن در میان مدارس شهر خرمآباد انجامشده است.مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، پژوهشی آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی، ابتدا کیفی و بعد کمی است. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی 15 نفر از مدیران و معلمان باتجربه، نمونه و مشهوری که بنا بر گزارش والدین و دیگر مدیران میتوان آنها را عجین شده با شغل تلقی نمود، با استفاده از روشهای نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. جامعه بخش کمی پژوهش، کلیه مدیران و معلمان دورههای تحصیلی ابتدایی (دوره اول و دوم) و متوسطه (دوره اول و دوم) شهر خرمآباد در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بودند؛ تعداد نمونه، 340 نفر از معلمان دورههای مختلف تحصیلی شهر خرمآباد بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و براساس فرمول کوکران تعیین شده و با ابزار محققساخته عجین شدن شغلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه عجین شدن شغلی معلمان توسط اساتید و صاحبنظران تائید شده و پایایی آن مناسب بود (آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 8/0). برای تحلیل متون ادبی و مصاحبهها جهت تدوین شاخصهای عجین شدن شغلی معلمان در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری باز استفاده شد؛ و جهت تحلیل آماری دادههای بخش کمی، از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون (T تک نمونهای) استفاده شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتههای بخش کیفی پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عجین شدن شغلی معلمان شامل 18 نشانگر و 5 بعد: برانگیختن معلمان، رویههای ارزیابی عملکرد، ایجاد فرصتهایی جهت دانشافزایی، سبک مدیریتی دمکراتیک و جو و فضای مدرسه است. در بخش کمی نیز آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، الگوی اندازهگیری متغیر نهفته برازش قابل قبولی با دادهها را نشان داد. در بخش کمی با توجه به نتایج آزمون (T تک نمونهای)، ابعاد پنجگانه نقش و وظایف مدیران مدارس و مسئولان سازمان آموزش و پرورش در حد متوسط و معناداری ارزیابی شد. عجین شدن شغلی معلمان یک مفهوم پیچیده و چندبعدی است که تحت تأثیر عوامل گوناگون قرار میگیرد که نیازمند شناسایی و بررسیهای بیشتری است.

هدف: درک پیچیدگی و برخورداری از تفکر سیستمی بر پویاسازی یادگیری و کسب توانمندی جهت درک لحظهای، درک روابط و تعاملات بین پدیدهها، توانمندی سازگاری با تفکرات و اندیشههای گوناگون و حتی مخالف تأکید دارد. برخورداری از تفکر سیستمی یک فلسفه شخصی به افراد میدهد تا خود را با دنیای پیچیدهای که در آن زندگی میکنند سازگار کنند؛ و به افراد کمک میکند تا با تیزی فکر و اندیشه با مسائل روبرو شوند. کسب مهارتهای تفکر سیستمی در دانشگاهها میتواند پایههای رشد تفکر سیستمی و توانمندی درک پیچیدگیهای جامعه کنونی را در افراد فراهم سازد. لذا شکلسازی فرهنگ دانشگاهی در جهت درک پیچیدگی و اجرای برنامههای درسی که بهواسطه آن یادگیرندگان توان درک روابط حوزههای گوناگون علمی را بهدست آورند و به توانمندی درک روابط پیچیده بین پدیدههای گوناگون دست یابند، امری اجتنابناپذیر در دانشگاههای امروزی است. در این راستا یکی از فعالیتهای مهم سنجش تفکر سیستمی است که هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه تفکر سیستمی فردی (IST) دانشجویان بود.مواد و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع آزمونسازی است. جامعه آماری تمامی دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید چمران مشغول به تحصیل در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 95-1394 بود. روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای که 450 نفر از دانشجویان مشارکت داشتند. در فرایند طراحی پرسشنامه ابتدا با بررسی متون علمی و مصاحبه با خبرگان مؤلفههای اصلی تفکر سیستمی فردی گزینش شد و در گروه سه نفره از متخصصان 158 سوال طراحی گردید که طی مراحل متعدد بررسی و تحلیل، پرسشنامه اولیه با 54 سوال تدوین شد. در تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، تحلیل عامل تأییدی، روایی ملاکی همزمان و همسانی درونی استفاده شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد پرسشنامه تفکر سیستمی فردی از لحاظ روانسنجی برای سنجش ابعاد چندگانه تفکر سیستمی دانشجویان در موقعیتهای دانشگاهی مناسب و قابل اطمینان است؛ و میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری برای سنجش و شناخت وضعیت دانشجویان از حیث برخورداری از تفکر سیستمی فردی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همسو با پژوهشهای متعدد انجام شده در حوزه تفکر سیستمی، پنج بُعد شناسایی شده در این پژوهش از ابعاد اصلی و مهم تفکر سیستمی فردی است. تفکر سیستمی فردی دانشجویان به توانایی درک روابط غیرخطی و متقابل عوامل متعدد محیطی-اجتماعی، ارزیابی و تصمیمسازیهای بهنگام و داشتن رفتارهای پویا در دانشجویان اشاره دارد. لذا با لحاظ به نتایج این پژوهش و پژوهشهای دیگر و روند روبه رشد توجه به تفکر سیستمی فردی در نظامهای آموزشی و ضرورت آن در جامعه کنونی، برنامهریزان آموزشی و درسی نظامهای آموزش دانشگاهی باید آموزش تفکر سیستمی به دانشجویان را در اولویت برنامههای خود قرار دهند. لذا توصیه میشود روشهای آموزش و تقویت مهارتهای تفکر سیستمی به مدرسان آموزش داده شود و فرصتهای اجرای برنامههای درسی توسعهدهنده تفکر سیستمی فردی برای مدرسان فراهم گردد؛ مدرسان نیز برنامههای آموزشی کلاسی را در راستای توسعه توانمندی تفکر سیستمی فردی دانشجویان طراحی و اجرا کنند و دانشجویان را به این توانمندی مجهز سازند.

بررسی اثرات جهانی شدن بر نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیرپذیری، تحولات و جایگاه ابعاد نظام تعلیم و تربیت کشور در مواجهه با جهانی شدن براساس نظر صاحبنظران، اساتید و کارکنان بخش آموزش و پرورش و با روش آمیخته میباشد.مواد و روشها: در بخش کیفی پژوهش از روش مصاحبه و در بخش کمی از روش پیمایشی در گردآوری دادهها استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند (از نوع نظری) و از جامعه متخصصین استفاده شد و با 25 نفر از متخصصین مصاحبه گردید و مصاحبهها با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و در نهایت 35 مؤلفه در قالب هفت بعد جهانی شدن (آموزش و پرورش) احصاء گردید. در بخش کمی براساس روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای از بین جامعه پژوهش از بین کارکنان آموزش و پرورش، معلمان و اساتید آشنا به حوزه جهانی شدن و تعلیم و تربیت دانشگاههای شهر تهران که تعداد 150 نفر میباشند، مطابق با جدول مورگان تعداد 108 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و از این تعداد 100 نفر پرسشنامههای ارائه شده را تکمیل نمودند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محققساخته بوده و بهمنظور بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از روش آلفای کرانباخ استفاده شده است. همچنین در این تحقیق از آزمونهای کولموگروف-اسمیرنف، آزمون تی، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه، آزمون شفه و آزمون فریدمن برای تحلیل نتایج پرسشنامه استفاده شد. و همچنین از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) برای تعیین وزن ابعاد جهانی شدن نیز استفاده شد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده از دیدگاه اساتید و صاحبنظران و کارکنان بخش آموزش، نظام تعلیم و تربیت کشور از نظر کارگروهی در فرهنگهای گوناگون، قدرت برقراری تعادل بین دیدگاه جهانی و عملکرد محلی، دیدگاه جهانمحوری بهجای خودمحوری، دانش زبان خارجی، جامعیت کار با رایانه و انجام کار گروهی در سطح ضعیفی در مقایسه با مقیاس جهانی و از لحاظ رشد دسترسی به امکانات الکترونیکی و اینترنت، فراگیر بودن آموزش و پروش در کشور و جامعیت مطالب آموزشی در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین از دیدگاه جامعه آماری مورد پژوهش جامعیت سیستم آموزشی و اثربخشی آن بر رشد و شکوفایی دانشآموزان بیشترین تطابق را با جهانی شدن دارا میباشد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر در بسیاری از موارد ذکر شده که در زمره نقاط ضعف نظام آموزش و پرورش قرار گرفته است، ضرورت دارد اقدامات گستردهای در زمینه برنامهریزی درسی، توسعه روشها و فنون تدریس، توسعه ارزشهای جهانی، برقراری تعامل سازنده بین عوامل و شرایط بومی و محلی با ضوابط و شرایط جهانی، استفاده از همه ظرفیتها و پتانسیلها برای زبانآموزی، توسعه مهارتهای سواد یادگیری، توسعه مهارتهای کاربری رایانه و در نهایت تغییر نگرش از مواضع صرفاً داخلی به ملاحظات نگرش محلی-جهانی انجام گردد. با توجه به اینکه متخصصین آشنا با حوزههای جهانی شدن در نظام آموزش و پرورش در خصوص موارد مذکور اتفاق نظر دارند، برای افزایش قدرت دانشآموزان و نظام آموزش و پرورش در مصاف با پدیده جهانی شدن و بهرهمندی از مزایای آن لازم است ملاحظات ویژهای در تنظیم برنامههای کلان آموزش و پرورش و اسناد بالادستی در نظر گرفته شود تا سهم کشور هم در تأثیر گذاری بر جهانی شدن و هم تأثیرپذیری منطقی از آن متوازن بوده و موازنه تبادلات علمی، فناوری، فرهنگی و اجتماعی در وضعیتی مطلوب قرار گیرد.

هدف: آموزش مجازی (الکترونیکی) بهعنوان یکی از پیشرفتهای نوظهور فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ابزاری قدرتمند برای ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی آموزشی میباشد. این پژوهش با مطالعه امکانات موجود در مدارس متوسطه روستایی و عشایر درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال است که آیا میتوان نظام آموزش مجازی را برای دانشآموزان عشایری و روستایی راهاندازی کرد یا خیر؟ پژوهش حاضر با هدف امکانسنجی استقرار آموزش مجازی در مدارس متوسطه مناطق روستایی و عشایری استان لرستان در چارچوب 6 مؤلفهی زیرساخت سختافزاری، زیرساخت نرمافزاری، اقدامات فرهنگی، محتوای الکترونیکی، منابع مالی و نظام پشتیبانی و نیروی انسانی متخصص صورت گرفته است.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش از روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی (زمینهیابی) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل معلمان، کارشناسان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و کادر اجرایی مدارس متوسطه مناطق روستایی و عشایری استان لرستان با تعداد 1223 نفر میباشد که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 292 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر در دو سطح آمار توصیفی، آمار استنباطی و تحلیل عامل تأییدی با نرمافزار SMARTPLS2 صورت گرفته است.بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد که جامعه مورد مطالعه از حیث زیرساختهای نرمافزاری و سختافزاری آمادگی لازم جهت استقرار آموزش مجازی را داراست و امکان استقرار آموزش مجازی از نظر نیروی انسانی متخصص در حد متوسط و از لحاظ اقدامات فرهنگی، منابع مالی و پشتیبانی و محتوای الکترونیکی وجود ندارد، نهایتاً با توجه به شرایط، امکان استقرار آموزش الکترونیکی در مدارس متوسطه روستایی و عشایر استان لرستان وجود ندارد.

شناسایی و توصیف الگوی رهبری غالب و ویژگیهای آن در مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه شهر بیرجند
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مطالعه الگوهای رهبری آموزشی در مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه براساس طبقهبندی تونی بوش با تأکید بر شناسایی الگوی رهبری غالب و توصیف ویژگیهای آن میباشد.مواد و روشها: برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش پژوهش آمیخته و طرح کمی–کیفی استفاده شد. نخست بهمنظور شناسایی الگوی رهبری غالب با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته، دادههای کمی مورد نیاز گردآوری شدند. کلیه مدیران و معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر بیرجند جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که تعداد آنها مشتمل بر 262 نفر میباشد. از این مجموع، 252 نفر بهعنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه و به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بدینترتیب در هر مدرسه مدیر و حداقل 4 نفر از معلمانی که دارای بیشترین سابقه همکاری با مدیر مربوط در آن مدرسه بودند، گروه مورد مطالعه را تشکیل دادند. سپس برای تشریح ویژگیهای الگوی رهبری غالب در مدارس مورد مطالعه با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختیافته با معلمان و مدیران دادههای مورد نیاز گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. مطلعان کلیدی را کلیه مدیران و معلمان مدارسی تشکیل دادند که براساس نتایج تحلیل دادههای کمی در مرحله نخست، بیشترین میانگین الگوی رهبری غالب (رهبری بین فردی) را به خود اختصاص داده بودند که تعداد آنها برابر با 9 مدیر و 12 معلم میباشد. لذا از معیارهای مهم در انتخاب مطلعان کلیدی میتوان به الگوی رهبری بین فردی بهعنوان الگوی رهبری غالب و نیز حداقل دو سال سابقه همکاری با مدیر مربوطه اشاره نمود. بهمنظور تحلیل دادههای کیفی از روش تحلیل تفسیری استفاده شد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج بهدستآمده از تحلیل دادههای کمی، الگوی رهبری بین فردی بهعنوان الگوی رهبری آموزشی غالب در مدارس مورد مطالعه شناسایی شد. سپس، الگوی رهبری اخلاقی، الگوی رهبری تحولی، الگوی رهبری اقتضایی، الگوی رهبری آموزشی، الگوی رهبری مدیریتی، الگوی رهبری مشارکتی، الگوی رهبری پستمدرن و الگوی رهبری تبادلی در مراتب بعدی قرار گرفتند. در مرحله دوم، براساس نتایج بهدست آمده، ایفای نقش مدیریتی، حمایت دانشآموزان و معلمان، شخصیت مدیر، احترام به دیگران، دغدغه بهبود آموزش، مشارکتجویی از مهمترین ویژگیهای الگوی رهبری غالب در مدارس مورد مطالعه به شمار میآیند. الگوی رهبری بین فردی، الگویی است که بر روابط نزدیک رهبران با معلمان، دانشآموزان و دیگر ذینفعان تمرکز دارد. بهزعم وست برنهام (2001) و توهی و کوگلان (1997) رهبری بین فردی بر اهمیت همکاری و روابط بین فردی تأکید میکند. با استناد به یافتههای این پژوهش مبنی بر اهمیت ویژه رهبری میان فردی در قلمرو رهبری آموزشی، لزوم توجه به مفهوم رهبری و شناخت الگوهای رهبری مدرسه/آموزشی بیش از همه در سرفصل آموزشهای ضمن خدمت مدیران آموزشگاهی ضروری به نظر میرسد. همچنین، با نظر به اهمیت روابط بین فردی، به نظر میرسد مسئولان امر با متناسب کردن ساختار تشکیلات آموزش و پرورش زمینه را برای تقویت مهارتهای ارتباطی و انسانی، تغییر نگرش و باورهای درونی نهتنها مدیران بلکه کلیه کادر موجود در مدارس مهیا نمایند. علاوه براین، هرچند به نظر می رسد الگوی رهبری بین فردی و الگوهای مرتبط با آن مانند الگوی رهبری اخلاقی و الگوی رهبری تحولی که با اختلاف بسیار اندک بعد از الگوی رهبری غالب قرار گرفتند، در تسهیل و کیفیت بخشی به آموزش و یادگیری در مدارس به موجب ماهیت انسانی و اجتماعی بودن حائز اهمیت بسیاری میباشند، اما احساس نگرانی و خطر از آن جهت خواهد بود که الگوی رهبری آموزشی و الگوی رهبری مشارکتی بهعنوان دو عنصر اصلی و سازنده فرآیند مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی در مراتب و اولویتهای پایینتر قرار گیرند. لذا، توجه به این دو الگو در برنامهریزی برای بهبود و توسعه رهبری آموزشی مدیران مدارس ضروری به نظر میرسد.
