The present study examined the effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on self-efficacy, academic performance, and entrepreneurship of Payam-eNoorUniversity students in Western Azarbaijan. A stratified random sample of 908 undergraduate students in academic year 1388-89 took part in this causal-comparative study. The sample included 543 women and 365 men. Research instruments included the entrepreneurship questionnaire, general self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al., . Grade point average of students was used as the indicator of academic performance. Results showed significant effect of ICT in general on efficacy, academic performance, and entrepreneurship abilities.

Currently training plays a transformational role in improving knowledge and skills of human resources. This requires quality oriented training and learner satisfaction. The goal of this study was to develop quality assurance method in training with particular emphasis on trainees satisfaction. To achieve this goal, service quality approach, has been used to reveal quality components of training. Using components and analytical system of Importance-Performance analysis model, a new method for quality assurance in training was developed. The study was an exploratory mixed research in which, qualitative and quantitative data have been collected through interview and questionnaire. A sample of 94 apprentices in TelecommunicationTrainingCenter has been selected. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been used for data analysis. The study revealed 40 components of quality in training. Based on the components and the IP matrix, a practical model for evaluation and quality assurance in training has been developed.

Justice and its implementation is a basic and natural need of human being that consistently throughout the history provided a proper context for the development of human society. The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between factors of organizational justice based on viewpoint of employees and academics of Islamic Azad University - Ayatollah Amoli Branch. Data were collected using the Rego & Kanha (2006) questionnaire. After determination of validity and reliability (α=0.82), this questionnaire was administered to a random sample of 127 respondents. For data analysis, some statistical techniques such as Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficients as well as T-test were used. Findings showed positive relationships between some factors of organizational justice in general. Finally, it was concluded that organizations cannot survive without justice which has to be observed in organizations as part of ethical responsibility managers.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between philosophical mentality of principals and performance of high school teachers. Using stratified sampling, a sample of 97 principals and 316 teachers were selected at random. Research instruments included the philosophical mentality questionnaire(60 items) and performance appraisal questionnaire (23 items). Multiple regression was used for data analysis. Results showed that the philosophical mentality of 73.8% principals was rated about average. Relationship of philosophical mentality and performance of teachers was found to be significant. Multiple regression indicated that philosophical mentality could explain 14.5% of variance of teachers' performance. Among dimensions of philosophical mentality, flexibility and comprehensiveness had most effect on teachers' performance.

This study aimed to compare dimensions of social-emotional learning of students in ordinary and no bag schools. Using multi-stage cluster sampling a sample of 71 students of no bag schools and 86 students of ordinary schools was selected from among Y3 and Y4 students in Isfahan. The Karin et al. questionnaire of social-emotional learning along with some demographic questions was administered to the sample. MANOVA was used for data analysis. Results showed a significant difference between students of ordinary and no bag schools on self regulation. Also, findings showed significant difference between the two types of schools on peer group relations.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between in-service training of Ahvaz Oil Company and effectiveness of its employees (including: motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction). Firstly, the conceptual framework of research was developed on the basis of related literature. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers for data collection. A stratified random sample of 120 employees participated in the study. The survey instrument was administered to the sample. Then, data were analyzed using Spearman correlation coefficient and T-tests. Results showed no significant relationship between in-service training of employees and effectiveness dimensions.

The present study is an attempt to personality dimensions in academic performance of university students. The sample includes 206 individuals (106 females, 100 males) from ShahidBeheshtiUniversity. Data was collected through short version of Neo Inventory and Dortaj Academic Performance Inventory. Data was analyzed by multivariate regression test canonical correlation and multivariate analysis of variance. Results show that extroversion and conscientiousness have positive relationship with academic performance and neuroticism has negative relationship with academic performanc Also there was no significant difference between male and female participants in term of thinking styles. There was significant difference between students in technical and human sciences groups in term of thinking styles. Students in technical group showed higher score in legislative thinking styles than students in human sciences. Also results show that female students have higher score in Openness to experience than male students.
