سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای ایران : چالش ها و چشم اندازها

چکیده
سواد اطلاعاتی و بکارگیری آن یک معضل است در بین مولفان آموزشی در سراسر جهان. به تدریج در طول چندین سال گذشته علاقه در آموزش و فعالیت های اطلاعاتی در بین اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاهها در حال رشد است. اعضای انستیتوهای آموزش عالی این تصور را دارند که بهترین استفاده فناوری اطلاعات در کارهای آموزشی و شکل های مختلف فناوری اطلاعات در آموزش و یادگیری فعالیت های تحقیقاتی می باشد در نتیجه یک نیاز فوری برای دانشگاهها برای تاسیس برخی از سیستم های حفاظتی آموزشی برای سواد اطلاعاتی در بین اعضای هیئت علمی وجود دارد. این مقاله قسمتی از رساله دکترا است که روی سیستم آموزش عالی ایران در ارتباط با برنامه های توسعه ای فناوری اطلاعات در بین اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه تمرکز دارد. هدف از این مقاله :تحلیل جایگاه موجود سواد اطلاعاتی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای ایران ، شناسایی چالش های برنامه های سواد اطلاعاتی و بررسی چشم اندازهای آینده برنامه های سواد اطلاعاتی در ارتباط با اسناد طرح چشم انداز 20 ساله دولت ایران است. داده های موجود بر پایه اطلاعات بدست آمده از بازبینی انتقادی برنامه های سواد اطلاعاتی در ساختار آموزش عالی و حرکت سواد اطلاعاتی در دانشگاههای ایرانی است
