بررسی پیشایندهای اعتماد در آموزش عالی: آزمون تأثیر‎ات رهبری خدمتگزار، عدالت سازمانی و حمایت سازمانی درک شده

چکیده

مؤسسات آموزش عالی امروزه نقش کلیدی را در افزایش بهره­وری و ارائه مهارت­های شغلی ایفا کرده و توانایی کشور را برای رقابت در اقتصاد جهانی و دانش بنیان افزایش می‎دهند‎‎. به­منظور این­که این مؤسسات بتوانند رسالت و اهداف خویش را به درستی انجام دهند، وجود جو اعتماد در آن­ها عنصری کلیدی محسوب می‎شود. این پژوهش درصدد است مهم­ترین عوامل و متغیرهای تأثیر‎گذار بر اعتماد سازمانی (اعتماد اعضای هیأت‎ علمی به رئیس دانشکده) را مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. نمونه این پژوهش را 295 نفر از اعضای هیأت‎ علمی دانشگاه­های جامع شهر تهران تشکیل می‎دهند. داده­ها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع­آوری شدند و برای تحلیل داده‎ها و آزمون مدل نظری، روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری به­کار گرفته شد. نتایج مطالعه از تأثیر‎گذاری مثبت رهبری خدمتگزار، عدالت سازمانی و حمایت سازمانی بر اعتماد به رئیس دانشکده حمایت ‎کرد.
