بررسی وضعیت محیط کلاس درس و مدرسه با سطح خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان استعداد درخشان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر جزو پژوهش­های توصیفی–پیمایشی است که با هدف بررسی خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان استعداد درخشان مقطع دبیرستان در محیط کلاس درس انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1152 نفر دانش‌آموزان استعداد درخشان دبیرستان‌های بروجرد و خرم‌آباد بود که براساس جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان تعداد 288 نفر دانش‌آموز (144 پسر و 144 دختر) با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد خلاقیت (روایی 89.47)، پرسشنامه استاندارد محیط کلاس (روایی 90.30)، پرسشنامه استاندارد جو مدرسه (روایی 91%) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (روایی 87.90) استفاده گردید. براساس نتایج پژوهش کلیه فرضیات تأیید شد بر این اساس میزان خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان بالاتر از حد متوسط جامعه مورد بررسی و نگرش آن‌ها نسبت به محیط کلاس و درس مطلوب بود و میزان خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان دختر بیشتر از دانش‌آموزان پسر و نگرش دانش‌آموزان پسر نسبت به محیط کلاس و مدرسه مطلوب‌تر از دانش‌آموزان دختر بود.

چکیده [English]

This study is a survey descriptive research that aims to assess the creativity of talented high school students in a classroom environment. The statistical population contains 1152 talented high school students of Borujerd and Khorramabad. According to cluster-based Morgan sampling, 288 students (144 boys and 144 girls) were selected as the samples of the study. The tools for gathering data were a standard questionnaire of creativity (with 89.47% reliability), a standard questionnaire of classroom (with 90.30% reliability), and a school climate questionnaire (with 91% reliability). Based on the results, all hypotheses were confirmed. The results showed that the above-average population studied creativity of the students and their attitudes toward class and learning environment is desirable and the creativity of female students was more than male students. Male students' attitudes toward school and classroom environment were better than female students.
