بررسی ویژگی‌های سیستم مدیریت در مدارس متوسطه ایران از دیدگاه مدیران و دبیران

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ویژگی‌های سیستم مدیریت در مدارس متوسطه ایران از دیدگاه مدیران و دبیران بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع زمینه‌یابی بود. جامعه آماری آن را کلیه دبیران و مدیران رسمی مدارس متوسطه ایران به تعداد 538469 نفر تشکیل می‌دادند که براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) تعداد 384 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته با 72 سوال و 14 مولفه «سبک رهبری مشارکتی، آینده‌نگری، مدیریت تغییر و تحول، مدیریت ارتباطات، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و فردی، تمرکز و عدم تمرکز، انعطاف‌پذیری، تئوری‌ها و نظریات علمی، اعتماد سازمانی، فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، بهره‌وری، مهارت‌های روانشناختی، جایگاه و منزلت اجتماعی و سیستم باز» استفاده شده است. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار به تایید متخصصان رسید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 84/0=α بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های t تک نمونه‌ای و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که؛ وضعیت ویژگی‌های سیستم مدیریت (سبک رهبری مشارکتی، آینده‌نگری، مدیریت تغییر و تحول، مدیریت ارتباطات، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و فردی، تمرکز و عدم تمرکز، انعطاف‌پذیری، تئوری‌ها و نظریات علمی، اعتماد سازمانی، فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، بهره‌وری، مهارت‌های روانشناختی، جایگاه و منزلت اجتماعی و سیستم باز) در مدارس متوسطه ایران بالاتر از متوسط است.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to examine the management system features in the secondary schools of Iran from the viewpoint of teachers and principals. This research is considered as survey in terms of objective, methodology and description. The statistical population included 538469 teachers and principals of all the secondary schools in Iran, among which 384 subjects were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) by multi-stage cluster random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. This questionnaire included 72 questions and 14 components of collaborative leadership styles, foresight, change management, communication management, personality traits, concentration and deconcentration, flexibility, scientific theories, organizational trust, information and communication technology, productivity, psychological skills, social status and open system. The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was also confirmed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient test (α = 0.84). T-test and structural equations were used to analyze the obtained data. The results showed that the status of management system features (collaborative leadership styles, foresight, change management, communication management, personality traits, concentration and deconcentration, flexibility, scientific theories, organizational trust , information and communication technology, productivity, psychological skills, social status and open system) in secondary schools of Iran is higher than average.
