ارزیابی و مقایسه عملکرد درونی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی براساس الگوی رضایت دانشجویی نوئل لویتس*

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و مقایسه عملکرد درونی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی در12 حیطه اثربخشی، راهنمایی تحصیلی، جو دانشگاه، زندگی در مجتمع دانشگاهی، خدمات حمایتی دانشگاه، میزان اهمیت به دانشجو، اثربخشی آموزشی، کمک‌های مالی و حمایتی، اثربخشی پذیرش دانشجو، سلامت و امنیت دانشکده‌ها، خدمات برتر، دانشجو محوری و پاسخگویی به جمعیت‌های گوناگون انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی پیمایشی استفاده شده است و در مجموع تعداد 328 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که بر مبنای پرسشنامه بین‌المللی رضایت‌سنجی نوئل لویتس تهیه گردید. داده‌های بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های t وابسته، t گروه‌های مستقل، t تک نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن، تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که، تمامی مؤلفه‌ها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار بوده‌اند. بیشترین میزان رضایت نسبی مربوط به سه مولفه، خدمات برتر، اثربخشی پذیرش دانشجو و اثربخشی آموزشی بوده و در سایر مولفه‌ها کمترین میزان رضایت مشاهده شده است. همچنین مقایسه دو دانشگاه نشان داد که در بعد پاسخگویی به جمعیتهای گوناگون، رضایت دانشجویان دانشگاه تربیت مدرس در حد متوسط به بالا بوده است. در سایر مؤلفه‌ها علی‌رغم بالاتر بودن میانگین بدست آمده از نظر دانشجویان در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس نسبت به میانگین بدست آمده در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی، تفاوت معناداری بین دو دانشگاه مشاهده نشد. و میزان رضایت از عملکرد آموزشی دانشگاه‌ها در حد پایین ارزیابی شده است.
